Every year, on March 22, Bihar commemorates the formation of the state and numerous events all across Bihar celebrate its accomplishments and highlight its ambition.

One of the critical areas Bihar is seeking to develop capacity is educational reform. It has one of the highest dropout rates and lowest student outcomes in the country.

In partnership with the Bihar Education Project Council, our Anandshala program works to build capacities of 1000 schools in the Samastipur district, to help children stay, engage and learn in school.

With an extensive portfolio of teacher support systems, tool kits, data and capacity building of schools, our program works to improve the education system’s capabilities for effective teaching and learning.
