The Quest Fellowship aims to offer young people an opportunity to understand and strengthen learning ecosystems that help individuals drive economic progress and social change.

This 10-month paid fellowship encourages self-driven learning for life, so that young people can find and craft a purpose for themselves. This program allows you to explore educational spaces in depth. Through personal research, networking opportunities, and discussions with your peers and team members, you will further your understanding of learning, the education and skilling sector and avenues for contribution to it. 

Fellows will be trained as facilitators, and can expect to work on real issues and get valuable exposure to the social development sector. You get to work with a highly passionate team and create sustainable change. 

This fellowship program is our bid to briefly nurture young professionals advancing their career in the development sector. Our work is firmly rooted in the belief that equipping young people with 21st century skills is the key to empowering them to build meaningful careers and a dignified life.

 

Eligibility:

This program is looking to enroll youth who have a true passion for social change and a long-term commitment to work in this sector. To be eligible for the fellowship, you need to: 

  • Be a Graduate; must have completed or will be completing in 2020 / 2021, with an equivalent of / a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Be proficient in English and the local language of the region you’re applying to
  • Have documentation skills and proficiencies with MS Office
  • Be willing to travel within and outside of the state you're applying for

Current Opportunity:

The first cohort for the Quest Fellowship for 2021 is with our Secondary Schools and MyQuest programs. The 10-month fellowship, starting in March 2021 is available in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala.

Fellows are requested to bring and user their own laptop during the course of the fellowship.

FAQs

How old do I have to be to apply?

19-25 years of age. We are looking for youth who have recently graduated.

I’m based in a different city. Can I still apply?
The current fellowship opportunity is location-specific and includes field work. Fellows who are not based in the states mentioned above will have to relocate at their own expenses during the duration of the fellowship.

Will I be paid?

Yes! This is a paid fellowship, with a monthly stipend of INR 17,500.

To qualify, what languages should I know to speak?

English will be the primary written and spoken language. However, proficiency of the local language is a requirement to ease communication with beneficiaries and between teams.

What does the selection process entail?

Candidates are invited to apply through the online application form.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for virtual discussions.
Selected candidates will then receive offer letters, and begin the fellowship with us in March 2021.
