In a first, Quest 2 Learn (Q2L) is hosting a state-level event bringing together key stakeholders in Gujarat's education and skilling sectors. This edition will have a diverse range of dialogues, panels and thought-provoking conversations emphasizing the relevance of self- learning, to enable a successful school-to-work transition for young people, in a world struck by the pandemic and other uncertainties. 

It aims to build a community in the school-to-work ecosystem in Gujarat and strengthen existing networks and partnerships that we have developed over the years.

Q2L Gujarat will bring to the fore a three-pronged approach to focus on in the school-to-work continuum --

• Promote a STEM mindset in secondary schools ecosystem 
• Identify trends in local employment ecosystem in the state  
• Work with a big picture that is designed for Gujarat's ground realities

Q2L Gujarat strives to create a platform to work closely with the government at the policy level to bridge the gap between school-to-work and ensure that there is maximum participation in the workforce, especially after the impact of COVID on all sectors.

The design and agenda for the event is finalized in consultation with Saath Charitable Trust, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India), Human Development Research Centre (HDRC), Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC), Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Janvikas, Pidilite, Pratham, Teach For India, Rizwan Adatia Foundation, I2V Foundation, Navjeevan Trust, Cohesion Foundation, Arvind Ltd and Leadership Enrichment for Adolescents through Assessment & Development (LEAAD).
