It may no longer be uncommon to see employees walking into their offices in the city with their four-legged friends. As the number of companies allowing pets in offices grows, human resource teams are now drafting pet policies that employees need to adhere to. Quest Alliance, a non-profit organisation working in the skilling and education sector, rolled out its pet policy in August 2023 as the company wanted "to create an inclusive workplace".
