Technical & Vocational Education & Training

The MyQuest program for TVET institutions empowers young people with 21st-century skills to navigate an ever-changing world of work. Through partnerships with Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs), we help young people successfully initiate career journeys and become future ready.

Future Rights Skills Network (FRSN) partnership

In June 2019, Quest Alliance in collaboration with Accenture and Cisco, partnered with the Directorate General of Training (DGT), New Delhi, to launch a digital learning platform designed to equip ITI students across India with core employability skills. The FRSN is creating a 160-hour digital and blended-learning employability skills curriculum module for ITI students, which will also be made available on the Bharat Skills Portal. Along with the National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), FRSN helped revise the existing ES curriculum and supported the creation of new ES student workbooks and facilitator manuals.

Key recommendations from their conversations have been consolidated into a 14-point charter to address barriers that women in ITIs face while entering the workforce.
