Quest2Learn

Quest2Learn at Quest Alliance provides insights, resources and platforms to learn from, create and share effective change models. Its goal is to transform learning ecosystems by changing the narrative to self-learning. The Research and Advocacy Wing along with the Impact Evaluation and Monitoring Wing help drive these goals.

Annual Summit 2019

Quest2Learn is a knowledge, innovation and organisational learning initiative at Quest Alliance. We bring together critical stakeholders from the training and education ecosystem across India and the world to share good practices and insights, engage in dialogue, analyse new trends in learning, validate approaches, and build on new ideas around the education-skills divide. The Quest2Learn 2019 Summit was held on 25th and 26th July 2019 in Bangalore, India.

Transforming the engineering education ecosystem: One institution at a time

In 2017, Altran, NASSCOM Foundation, and Quest Alliance collaborated to implement a blended learning program for educators in Tier II and Tier III engineering colleges. The initiative harnessed experiential and digital learning to upskill educators, to advance the learning capacities of marginalized engineering students. In this paper, we present an array of concerns as we see in the engineering ecosystem, and also present solutions and recommendations to transform it.

Innovation at Quest Alliance

This year also saw us experimenting with multiple ideas on the ground and building knowledge from the ground up in collaboration with program teams. We worked on developing a parent engagement strategy that program teams could use to strengthen the relationships between schools and the parent community. We conducted research to identify what innovation meant for young people through our Young Innovator’s program, through a partnership with SELCO Foundation. The learnings from these experiments are currently being implemented by the program teams on the ground.
